Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in its original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

How To Return

Email us at support@noxen.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
